She recently conducted a jumping clinic at North Ryde pony club. I didn't attend but a friend did and said that it was fantastic! ..other than that, I don't know much about her clinics etc..

Good luck!

The Collen Kelly Seminar was held last night at our club rooms (Pegasus Pony Club) and I have to say what a fantastic night we had. Colleen would have to be one of the most down to earth, honest people I have met and her way of talking had us all in stitches, she certainly makes it interesting.

It was about what to look for in a rider, whether it be dressage, show jumping, eventing or just trail riding.....the fundamentals should still be the same. One of her quotes was " showjumping is just dressage with a pole", and how true that statement is. Now if we could just get our top Aussie showjumpers to think like that we might be able to field a team to the next Olympics. blink.gif

Colleen gave her time last night for nothing and only asks that the club holding the seminar uses it as a fundraiser. What an amazing gesture. We didn't finish until 1130pm and she had to be up bright and early to teach on the Saturday.

Our club held a fundraiser auction last night and we raised a substantial amount.

I would like to thank everyone who participated last night and of course a huge thankyou to Colleen.

If anyone else has an opportunity to get to one of Colleen's seminars/clinics, make it your mission.....you won't regret it.

SOunds like it was amazing, a friend of mine was hoping to go but she couldn't make it, if only George was better, we could have gone, think I would have benefited from it a lot! Maybe next time!
Cheers, Lex!
