I sent a horse with them on wednesday to go down to my mother in nanango ( near kingaroy) . he was supposed to arrive on thurseday. My mother ended up going and getting the horse herself yesterday (friday) which was four hours drive away. he was in a stall at Beau Deseart with no water. No communication with the company, would not answer our phone calls, were abusive when they did. very very unprofessional!!!! complete disregard for the horses and people waiting on the horses. They even told us they had not picked up the horse (i personally put him on the truck!!!) and that they didnt know of any such horse. Then told us that they didnt know where he was or which truck he was on.

I have used this company 4 times before because they are respected and have a good name after this i will never ever be using them again!!!! and i urge other people not to use them as well.
